Flood woes, power outages and dangerous driving conditions warnings of bad weather are sweeping sudden in British Columbia tonight. Is it the start of warm, wet winter that could mess up the Olympics? Chris Brown has the details in Vancouver.

With the winter Olympic closing in. Every big weather event seems take on extra meaning. After the skiing season got to early start, organizers were founding pretty pleased. Now they hope that a lot of that snow hasn’t been washed away and it’s get cold again and stays that way.
